del.icio.us & technorati

wow, this is cool. I signed up for an rss all about making handbags (u-handbag) on del.icio.us. This will be a great reference for me to use. Technorati had very recent articles and some in particular on a health issue that i have been researching. the site is very easy to search. i did not attempt to add anything to my blog.

Library Thing

I created a library of 5 books, but for the life of me cannot figure how/where to copy and paste the html edit. i am afraid that i will wipe out all that i have accomplished so for if i try something like that. i did download the template so i assume that i could get it back, but i'm just not sure. anyway it was easy and fun to select books for my library.

merlin

I have looked around at merlin and signed up for an account. Used a link to go directly to the shifted librarian and noticed a link from there to sign up for rss.

rss

I have subscribed to several rss feeds. Unfortunately i cannot figure our how to get them to show up on my blog. i know its easy to do because i watched the youtube about how to do it...and yet, sigh, i just can't find the buttons to click on. Anyway here is a list of the feeds: About cats, about contemporary literature, alternative energy, art deadlines list, art knowledge news, artsjournal, bloglinesnews, daily show videos, nation geographic, nyt arts, nyt book review, shifted librarian (i've heard this is amusing), usa.com books, washington post book reviews. i would also like to sign up for a weather feed.
